Why don't we have an OPTION to limit the time for a move?

Why don't we have an OPTION to limit the time for a move?
Having that OPTION which you can use or not, does not allow the people that are losing, to stay without playing. If you are playing for 30 minutes, this is very annoying!!!
The more options like this implemented, the longer it would take to find somebody playing with your same option preferences.

Edit: Also, I'm curious as to what you would say is a fair limit of time per move in a (for example) 30+15 match?
A fair limit of time per move just depends on the position. If for example I wanna think (30+15) about 10 minutes in a very complicated position, that's my call and not decided by somebody else I hope ?!

Having said that, Berettatiger, you seem to repeat the same question over and over again each 6 or 7 months. This is also very annoying...

Besides, you already got a very clear answer it is not going to happen.

Internetchess has some drawbacks, making a perfect system to catch such opponents (losing and not moving) will be very hard.
You can somehow do this by playing something like 0+120s.
Then you have 2 minutes per move.
easy, like me, play only 3+0 min, only lost 1min of your time in case of leaving.
I think we should keep things as they are and just ban those who abuse.
I also agree with #5. That said, there are fewer jerks if you play rated games.
