I'd make a move but my time would continue running. I switched to another browser, same thing. I couldn't resign or offer draw so the game was lost. Finally the time ran out but lichess thinks I'm still in the game so now I can't even play new games. I've already lost the game (time has run out). But I can't play a new game.

Lichess site developer/site admin person. Please investigate this very annoying bug.
If you don't fix it, I definitely won't donate the $10,000 I was contemplating donating. :)
Same problem. Game score should be fixed to what it should've been: 0-1. Completely undeserved.
