Teams Notification badge shows 1, (1 Join Notification), but none.

Basically, in the top right, my teams notification shows a "1" badge indicating I have a notification. When I follow to my teams page, it says "1 join request" in the left menu but "0 join requests" in the main panel. Anybody know if this is a bug, or how I can make it go away?

Is this a old issue, or something that just happened? Since the old one should have been fixed.

I can't say for certain when it began, because I wasn't on the site much for quite some time. However, I suspect it is old, so probably related to this legacy join request issue.

In reference to this, the "fix" never actually caused my issue to go away, so I just decided to live with it.

I have continued to have a notification that I have 1 team join request, even though when I click on it, it then says there are 0 join requests.

As I mentioned in my original github post, the situation was this: someone requested to join a team, shortly after his account got closed, we (the team leaders) let the join request continue to sit there without approving or rejecting it, and then after 1 year the request suddenly disappeared, but the notification has always remained
