Someone uses time lagging software to win on time (and the software is REAL)

I play a few chess players on lichess and I can see my clock ticks so fast but his or her clock time stands still, this thing happen on chess.com so often and that is the reason why I am looking for other chess site to play chess but now the time cheater has brought the time lagging software to lichess as well which is really sad for a true chess player who just want to play a real chess with real honest player, if I lose against a better player I have no one to blame but myself but if I get beat up by time lagging software then that is not fair at all. My broadband connection is fast so there is no speed issue at all. I hope those cheaters will one day realize they are wrong and start to stop using any kind of software include chess engine or time cheating software to win against the higher ranking player in order to full fill some kind of 'Joy' in their mind! I you are one of them then please stop it now
It's just your imagination. There's no software that makes your opponent lag, how could there be?
From IslandTman in this thread:

"I hope those cheaters will one day realize they are wrong and start to stop using any kind of software include chess engine or time cheating software to win against the higher ranking player"

From IslandTman in another thread:

"The main purpose in chess is to enjoy the game, win or lose does not matter anymore"

So there's really no reason for you to be upset about losing to a cheater, right? Because winning and losing is irrelevant.

Also, I agree with @pguardiario.
I have been to chess.com just now and the same problem has not been solved, too many cheaters use time lagging software and chess.com just does not care about it, I just cannot really understand what is the point of playing chess for those time cheater
It's a weird argument, because from a technological point of view, it's impossible.

Now there is the possibility that the Lichess server itself is targeting you for nationalistic/sexist/racist reasons, but I think that that argument also requires a tin foil hat.
I bet OP has a bad/unstable internet connection, and what he's experiencing is the time lost when the clock is synced up against 'when the server actually received the move' as opposed to 'when the client attempted to send the move' which the local clock uses.
He is talking about different thing. It is about artificial lag software. The program that will increase your own lag, to achieve time compensation in online games. That is possible way to cheat. I saw such cheaters too few times.
You can set a high lag in the first 30-40 sec of a bullet game, then reduce it in the end, this will give you unfair clock advantage in the end because your time will be compensated.
I can play longer games, of course, but bullet is so much fun.
