Bad streaks of play

Whenever I lose a couple of games, I continue to lose more games. Why is this? I don't tilt much. I remain quite calm. Does anybody else experience this (not due to tilt)?
Same here, if I start losing a couple times then it continues and ruins my mood. Im pretty consistent but the losing streak brings me down as i mainly focus on 1/2+0 games and i lose focus if i make a blunder etc.
Yeah, totally. I go through streaks where I constantly blunder away completely won games. It will happen pretty much every single game when I'm in the streak. I have no idea why. I happen to somewhat be in one right now :(.
I have wild rating swings, mainly due to that (now I'm in that kind of slump, for the last couple of days). Fortunately, it usually keeps up it while I'm winning too
I do sometimes. I think it's probably due to something in real life impeding your concentration (other stuff on your mind, tired, etc).
I agree with #5. Mine correlate with being really tired and stressed from school.
I'm in a slump too! :( I had a winning streak that brought me a win away from 1900, and now I'm having a losing streak that brought me back to 1750.

I don't know how to stop my losing streak so I think I'll go back to the chess basics and see what I've been doing wrong :/

What works for me sometimes is to use tactics trainer for a bit to get my mind back on calculations and looking for tactics. Probably the best fix is to see if there is a stimulus (being tired and stressed in my case), and try to deal with that. It is amazing how clearly I see the board when I'm well rested compared to being tired.
ApplePie5453: Don't worry about it, I lose almost every game at Lichess. If you have 2-3 games losing streak, take a break. It will help you with your concentration and your mood.
