Why can't I make a swiss tournament in my Team Today?

I have been making swiss on my teams since the beginning that me and my friends decided to make a team. I was trying to make new series of Blitz and Rapid Swiss for my members to join and apply what they had learn from their study about opening, middlegames, endgames, traps, gambits, imbalance, etc.

Unfortunately, I'm so shocked today because after trying to make at least new 20 swiss for blitz and Rapid. I knew that the last step in making a swiss is to "click a new tournament" but why the swiss is not coming out of the team page? I even tried to make one bullet swiss to see if it works but the problem still exist. what is happening ?? I tried to make a swiss to my other team but then again the problem appear and it seems that it is not allowed to make a swiss anymore?
please help me. I just want to make daily swiss tournaments. :(

Because the Swiss are taking the day off to make Swiss cheese.

Read the phrase before you reply sir. I don't think you understand my issue and you just comment as well. You're like making a research without in depth analysis. Come on.

You guys are just making comments even if it's not related to the issue that I'm addressing here. And because you @WorldRenownPatzer are adding comments which doesn't help, the topic is being diverted to your own attention.
