Lazy implementation of the chat room checkbox

I was just playing a tournament with the "Chat room" checkbox unchecked. I was waiting for a game, inadvertently clicked in a blank area, and was sent to some random simul page. It turns out I had clicked a link someone has posted in the chat room, which had apparently been "hidden" via a CSS font color change but was still there!

Please implement this checkbox correctly so that it hides the div instead of just changing the chat text to the background color or whatever it is doing now.

Also noticed this - the rating pop-ups of players appear when hovering over where the name would be if the chat was visible

It will be fixed in the next update.

By the way, it is not a font color change but an opacity change - the contents are transparent instead of hidden, which has been changed now.
