Banned from Lobby Games?!

I just started a lobby game (a 1/2 + 0 time control) and had a disconnect after ONE MOVE. It took 30 seconds to come back and by then I had lost on time.

But then, as a special bonus, I was BANNED from lichess for 15 mins.

Is this really the policy you guys want to implement?!

Same problem, except I aborted 1 game (!)

Then I got banned for 15 min.

I have also been banned and no one will tell me what purpose this ban serves?, besides turning people away. ?????????
