Why is capturing my opponents rook with my queen a mistake?

en.lichess.org/vBwC1uco32Bp

I get a rook and minor piece in exchange for my queen and I am still up in material even after I give up my queen as I am up two bishops, a rook, and a pawn, while my opponent is only up a queen, and the game is simplified.

So why is giving up my queen for a rook and knight a mistake?
You went from winning with +11 to Winning with +7. Ofcourse +7 is still winning, but +11 would have been better.
I believe anything that loses 100 centipawns (one point) counts as a mistake, but i could be wrong. Generally speaking a minor piece is three and a rook is five, so exchanging the queen (worth nine) is still a loss to the computer, even if it was appropriate here.
Giving up your queen wasn't a mistake. Your king was safe and the rest of your pieces were very active. Well played!
