I only abort 1 game (did not notice it was casual) and now banned for 15 minutes. IS it fair that you ban me for aborting only a 1 game?

The system definitely seems oversensitive.
This seems to me to be the biggest problem with lichess. It serves no purpose except to upset people. The 15 second rule doesn't work, don't tell me I'm wasting someone's time everyone has a few seconds to spare, also you can't set the filter from variant to variant. The main problem is I should have the freedom to choose to play or not play whomever I want at anytime.
Would any of the mods care to answer or just sweep it aside as they so often do. It creates more problems than it solves why not do away with it?

I would never imagine to be banned for abording games due to anonymous opponients that never start to play. So I'm afraid Lichess will not be my favorite website for chess. Bye all, returning to chess.com, by far the most epice site to play !
Is there a reason to keep this ban in place? If it creates problems and apparently solves nothing? Anyone know why?
