I noticed that if I look at the analysis board for crazy house or Anti Chess it only mentions the move times and sometimes also suggesting moves but it does not say who has the advantage or how big the advantage is or mention when inaccuracies, mistakes, or made for Crazy House or Anti Chess. Also I have noticed that I can't play Anti Chess or Crazy House against Stockfish. Why is this the case?
It's simple: Stockfish does not (yet) support these two variants
Ok to be fair, normal SF does not support Atomic, Koth, Three-Check and horde either, but the clever people from lichess implemented it successfully.
There was a Crazyhouse Engine on lichess though, but it was removed for unknown reasons (maybe because it was a buggy version of Sunsetter). I believe that Sunsetter will be back someday, but I got no reply on that topic from the lichess team.

Actually, Stockfish does support Antichess, but it isn't very strong at it yet (rating is probably about 2000, it's main weakness is the opening). That's why analysis is not enabled for Antichess.
I just played 3-check against SF level 1 and won easily so yeah you can play that variant vs SF.
