Why am I being accused of CHEATING????

I won a match fairly and now I have a ? mark next to my name. My last match didnt even count as a victory. I have been watching John Barholomew YouTube videos to help my progress and it has been working. I checkmated two matches very similarly. Castling on the queen side to not have a draw match and it has been working. That is not cheating. Please HELP. I do not want to lose my account - I am innocent.

Thank you for your help. I will do everything possible. What I see is that when I used FireFox it claimed this.........however when I use Chrome it does not. I ALWAYS use chrome - for some odd reason I used FireFox this morning and saw the (?).
