Your response did not answer my question why did you take minus 20 points from me when
the last game was a draw and as he was higher rank I got +3 and I was 2295 in correspondence which for me takes lots of work.

Why do you open third topic for something that has been already answered twice? If you don't understand something in the reply, ask in the original topic, don't open a new one.

Once again: your rating was 2295 when the game *started* but 2275 when it *finished* because while playing it, you also finished another game where you lost those 20 points of rating. Therefore your rating after this game is 2275 + 3 = 2278.
