HOW TO A TITLE?

I seen many player got fide titles overnight,i mean i saw them today and tomorrow they got a CM or LM ..So how to get a title?
I believe CM stands for candidate master, a FIDE title, and as such LiChess is simply recognizing a title of an outside governing body.

LM stands for LiChess master, and is given to people who apply for it who fit certain criteria. In short, you have to be pretty good, like 2400+ in something that's not Atomic or Horde. There are some criteria I don't know (do you have to have a 2000+ FIDE elo rating).
http://en.lichess.org/qa/13/what-is-the-lm-title

1. maintain a bullet rating ≥2450 during 20 consecutive rated bullet games
OR maintain a blitz rating ≥2450 during 20 consecutive rated blitz games
OR maintain a classical rating ≥2350 during 20 consecutive rated classical games
OR maintain a variant rating ≥2400 during 20 consecutive rated variant games*
** Please note your wins must be against players of similar skill (±300 points).

2. are clear of any cheating suspicion

3. don't possess an official title (like NM or FM). If you do, please verify that instead, to the same email address

4. have a FIDE profile (or national chess equivalent) exceeding a rating threshold of at least 1800

5. are good citizens of lichess, and interact nicely with other players

* Eligible variants include Chess960, Three-check, King of the Hill, and Horde. Others are too different from chess.

The award of the LM title is not automatic.
To claim the title, send an email to lichess.contact@gmail.com
but you see LM Bikfoot never crosses 2400 in any of the variant nor have 2350 in Classical,,so how does he have LM?
